• Has deep product and disease area knowledge
• Achieves/exceeds objectives of the territory
• Executes the marketing strategy elaborated by Marketing Manager. Identify and cooperate with HCPs from the appropriate segment and realize the promotion plans
• Has a thorough knowledge of his/her territory and location of key HCPs
• Updates database of clients
• Coordinates local “ In Hospital Meetings”
• Updates HCPs profiling timely and makes visits according to planned target
• Establishes and maintains contacts with key HCPs and understands customer needs
• Keeps required standards regarding call rate, level of knowledge, competencies, behaviors and personal look.
• Regularly (each day) reports calls in ETMS system.
• Prepares accurate reports on time as well as follows established procedures of contacting his/her direct supervisor.
• Provides the direct supervisor with information of effectiveness of BMS promotional materials.
• Develops and improves his/her professional knowledge through indicated trainings and conferences as well as individual work with medical literature
• Shares his/her knowledge and experience with other team members.
• Maintains the professional equipment and promotional materials in excellent state.
