Job Position: Regional Head Office Intern, BMBS Region South Office (Guangzhou)

The role will be supporting Regional Head Office department in BMBS Region South office in Guangzhou, starting from Oct, 2013 and lasting for 6 months.

Target: Undergraduate students.

Main Task:

In this position, your duties include but not limited to:

- Assisting managers with daily works
-Routine business report update. Sales Report consolidation
-Take charge of administrative work for the team, responsible for the business trip application and expense claim, agenda arrangement, project coordination.

Qualifications

1. Available for a six-month internship (prefer to work fulltime), 5 days per week.
2. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
3. Advanced MS Office skills（Excel&PPT）
4. Good communication and social skills.
5. Responsive and pay attention to detail

We offer: 3000yuan/month and 7.5 days paid annual leave.
